Fatima was by far the worst attorney used during one of my sales. I had to constantly beg for updates and still only got a few during the entire process which were incredibly vague... The first update took at least 4 email requests for some info over a few weeks... When I found out the property had lodged without my knowledge, i expressed how shocking the communication had been during the transaction - only to be told that I was wasting time discussing this issue as it wasn't in the clients best interest to waste anymore time on it. The sheer lack of accountability was utterly astounding to say the least!!! Disgusting service!

I am extremely unhappy how things are dragged for time, waiting 2 and a half weeks for guarantees and 2 weeks for feedback from the Bank. We sold our house in February to New owners Potgieter... The process started with the agreement/ asking our Attorneys to Lodge by end of April. This was planned so that we don't pay 2 property's. 19 March our Bond Attorneys were almost ready to Lodge, waiting on the guarantees. 2 and a half weeks later our transfer attorneys received them 7 May. 2 weeks later i called them and there were no feedback/ proceed from the Bank. 1 hour later after my call and out of the blue suddenly there's feedback from the Bank (Fnb) that the Gas Certification doesn't show the house number. It literally took me 5 min to call the guy and getting the updated certificate. So telling me it took 2 weeks for Fnb to tell us the Gas Certification is wrong? This could have been resolved very quickly. Monday coming is our 2nd unplanned debit order going through that we cannot afford, we can't afford 2 properties every month. At the end of the day no one cares if you can't afford it.
